This register and data protection statement concerns the processing of personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is processed to manage and maintain customer relationships, conduct activities such as surveys, and support company communications, marketing, and sales. Processing is based on managing and maintaining customer relationships and the controller’s legitimate interest in processing data and communicating with stakeholder contacts about matters relevant to their area.

Data is collected from individuals themselves and from public sources, such as the internet, public company websites, community networking services, or similar registers in accordance with data protection legislation.

Information in the register

  • Contact details, such as name, email address, and telephone number.
  • Work-related information, such as position and area of responsibility.
  • Information about the company.
  • Information about contacts and any enquiries.

Recipients and service providers

Personal data may be disclosed to authorities within the limits permitted and required by applicable legislation. Suvitrade may use third-party services for data processing, including IT services. In these cases, Suvitrade ensures lawful processing through agreements and instructions to the service provider.

Transfers outside the EU or EEA

Some services used by the controller in connection with personal data processing may operate outside the EU or European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers must meet the requirements of data protection legislation. For example, European Commission standard contractual clauses may be used in agreements with processors.

Retention

Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected under this policy. Inactive personal data is deleted regularly.

Your rights

Access to your information

You may ask what information about you is held in the personal data register and request a copy. Send access requests to info@suviderm.com. Additional information may be requested to verify your identity. Replies are sent by email unless you request another method.

Correction of information

Suvitrade takes care of the quality of the personal data it processes to the best of its ability. Incorrect or unnecessary personal data is corrected, deleted, or supplemented on its own initiative or at the individual’s request.

Erasure and objections

You may request deletion of your personal data or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can always object to direct marketing by emailing info@suviderm.com.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data with a data protection supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

Suvitrade may amend this privacy policy and related information. We recommend checking the policy regularly to stay informed about changes.

Using this website

The contact form prepares a message in your own email application. It does not submit form data to a website database. The Google appointment calendar loads only after you choose to display it, or when you open its external link. Google processes information under its own privacy terms.

This website does not load marketing or analytics trackers. The Suviderm application is a separate service; consult the information provided there when using the application.
